Job Title: Project Engineer

To oversee the execution of masonry projects by managing project specifications, schedules, and resources. The Project Engineer will facilitate communication and coordination between field operations and estimating teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with project goals.Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Assist in planning and managing project execution, ensuring alignment with financial and production budgets.
Utilization of Procore: Leverage Procore’s core tools for project scheduling, project documentation, document management, RFI’s, and effective communication.
Coordination with Estimators: Collaborate closely with estimators to communicate and document any out of scope changes to project scope and subcontractor purchase orders.
Change Order Coordination: Evaluate and manage change orders by collaborating with estimators and field teams to ensure that all adjustments to the project scope are clearly documented and communicated, maintaining alignment with project specifications and timelines.
Field Coordination: Coordinate with field teams to ensure project specifications are met and that any changes are communicated in a timely manner to avoid disruption.
Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that work performed meets the standards and specifications outlined in project documents and approved sample panels.
Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for resolving any issues that arise during project execution, ensuring that solutions are communicated effectively.
Qualifications:
Education: Pursuing an associate degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred but not required.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project engineering or construction management is preferred but not required.
Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore), MS office, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

The Masonry Block Foreman supervises the daily operations of masonry crews at construction sites, ensuring that all block work is performed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project specifications. Responsibilities include supervising workers and masons, managing materials, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment. The foreman is also responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, training personnel, and communicating with project managers and other construction teams to ensure project schedules and standards are met.
